Who processes your data

What we collect
Through the inquiry form: your name, email address, company, country, the service you are interested in, your target timing and anything you write in the message field. Nothing else is required, and we ask you not to send sensitive personal data or confidential documents through the form — use email once we have replied.
The form also records the time it was opened, purely to filter out automated submissions. Server logs may record IP address and browser user agent for security purposes.
Why we use it
- To answer your inquiry and prepare a quote.
- To run a conflict check before we can act for you.
- To keep the records a law practice is required to keep where an engagement follows.
We do not use your data for marketing, and we do not sell or rent it to anyone.
How long we keep it
Inquiries that do not become an engagement are deleted within one year of the last contact. Where an engagement follows, the file is retained for the period Korean law and professional rules require, and then deleted.
Who else sees it
Form submissions are delivered to our mailbox through Resend, an email delivery provider, and this site is hosted on Vercel. Both process data only to deliver the service. Where we bring in our affiliated accounting firm on a matter, we share only what that work requires, and only once you have engaged us.
Data may be processed on servers outside Korea as part of that hosting and email delivery.
Your rights
You can ask us at any time to show you the personal data we hold about you, correct it, delete it, or stop processing it. Write to info@koreabizsetup.com and we will respond without undue delay. Under Korean law you may also complain to the Personal Information Protection Commission or the Korea Internet & Security Agency's privacy centre.
Cookies and analytics
This site sets no advertising or tracking cookies of its own. We use Vercel Web Analytics, which counts page views without cookies and without building a profile of you, and any additional analytics are configured without advertising features. Nothing on this site follows you elsewhere.
Changes
Last updated 2026-09-17. If this notice changes materially, the date above changes with it.
